The Watervliet Arsenal will welcome a new commander on July 9th and the Arsenal Business & Technology Partnership has also welcomed a new leader.

"We have enjoyed working with Colonel Fletcher and Tony Gaetano over the years." said Watervliet Mayor Mike Manning. :"We are looking forward to fostering relationships with Colonel Migaleddi and Peter Gannon. We will continue to work closely with them to improve the Arsenal and the City of Watervliet."
