Has running the Arsenal City Run always been one of your goals but come race time you put it off?  If the answer is yes, this is the program for you!  Running can improve your heart, lungs and legs and give a real boost to your confidence.  We know running can be a difficult undertaking, but our instructors will help you create a training schedule and get you prepared for race day!  To join, fill out the registration form and sign the liability waiver and return it to Watervliet City Hall, 2 15^th Street, Watervliet, NY 12189
