Birth/Death Certificate Requests

The office of Vital Statistics is responsible for providing copies of past birth and death certificates that occurred in the City of Watervliet as well as filing of death certificates. For each certified copy of a death or birth certificate a $10 fee is charged.

This department also assists in providing general information regarding genealogical searches. Genealogical searches/certificates assess a $22 fee per request.
