Highway Department
Department Responsibilities
Highway maintenance, repair, and management of all City streets, roads, alleys, and public right of ways, where applicable. Maintenance includes resurfacing and paving, snow and ice control, plowing, and debris control.
Traffic
Maintenance of all street signs and traffic control signs in the City, crosswalks, and all aspects of the Pavement Marking Program.
Water System Maintenance
Coordinates with Water System Director to provide manpower and equipment support for all Water System emergencies and substantial repairs.
