On Wednesday July 19^th, we will be replacing the hydrant which has been out of service on 24^th Street between Whitehall and 2^nd Avenue. This will require a shutdown of water for a period of time during that day. The affected areas will be 24^th Street from Broadway to 3^rd Avenue, Whitehall from 23^rd Street to 24^th Street and 2^nd Avenue from 23^rd Street to 24^th Street.
