The Board of Ethics primary role is to serve as an independent review board to address any concerns or questions that may arise regarding ethics of City officers and/or employees. The Board of Ethics shall issue advisory opinions to City officers and/or employees upon request, will consider and, where appropriate, investigate sworn complaints.
