Planning and Community Revitalization Department

The City of Watervliet Planning and Community Revitalization Department works with existing homeowners to refurbish and bring up to code existing homes within the City through various grant programs. The department also works to secure funding to assist businesses within the City and works closely with the Watervliet Business Association to continually improve the commercial climate for existing and potential businesses.

In the past three years, the Planning and Community Revitalization Department has distributed over $1,200,000 in funding to assist homeowners and businesses throughout the City of Watervliet.
